PiYo Live

 PiYo® LIVE combines the  muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and  flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You'll use your body weight to  perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every single  muscle—big and small. Please bring a mat.

Fitsteps FAB

 FitSteps® For All Bodies, 'FAB', is a  dance fitness workout designed for people who love to dance, want to  keep fit, but for a variety of reasons, prefer a lighter intensity,  lower impact and perhaps a slower pace.

Early risers and FightFit

Early Risers: The perfect opportunity to get a workout in before leaving for work, or  just to start the day in a positive way.  A 30 - minute class  incorporating Strength, Cardio and Toning for a full body workout. Please bring a mat and a set of hand weights. 

FightFit: A 30minute class, similar to Early Risers but using a variety of martial art techniques to work the whole body.

  • First Class is FREE
  • Pay as you go £7
  • 11-class card for £65 (These cards can be used at any class, and have a  1yr expiry so are the perfect option if you come to more than one class a  week, or can’t make every week) 
  • Half-term blocks are also available and include 1 free class
